Quality / Service Standards

Service levels will be monitored using several methods. Both the Area Manager and Mobile Supervisor would be responsible for regular unannounced site visits during cleaning hours. This will be to ensure all cleaners are following best practices, further ongoing training is offered where needed, monitoring and assessments of each member of staff and liaising with the site supervisor regarding staff management, work load and specification management, stock control, holidays, timesheets and so forth.

Regular reports will be made, fed back and passed to staff regarding performance. To assist with the smooth running of the day to day elements of the contract there will be formal bi-monthly audits and meetings.
